How do I invite a user?
Go to Settings > Users > Invite User. Enter their email, select a role, and assign a workspace. They receive an email with a link to set their password. See Inviting Users.
How do I create a workspace?
Go to Settings > Workspaces > New Workspace. Name it, toggle the sections you want enabled, and click Create. Then add members. See Managing Workspaces.
How do I enable CRM?
CRM is a section toggle on each workspace. Go to Settings > Workspaces, open the workspace, and enable the CRM toggle. Users in that workspace will see CRM in their sidebar.
How do I connect an integration?
Go to Settings > Integrations. Select the data source you want to connect (e.g., SpringServe, YouTube, or your streaming platform). Follow the prompts to authorize or enter credentials. Once connected, data begins flowing through the pipeline.
How do I manage API keys?
Go to Settings > API Keys. Click New Key to create one, or Delete to revoke an existing key. API keys are used for Partner API access. See API Keys.
How do I change a user’s role?
Go to Settings > Users. Find the user and click the Role dropdown next to their name. Select the new role. The change takes effect immediately.
How do I remove a user?
Go to Settings > Users. Find the user and click Remove. This revokes their access immediately. Their dashboards and reports are preserved.
