Navigation
Nucleus has two main navigation areas: the sidebar on the left and the top bar across the top. Between them you can reach any page, dashboard, or tool.
Sidebar
The sidebar is your primary navigation. It contains:
- Pages — The main sections of Nucleus: Dashboard, Campaigns, Content, Audiences, CRM, Data, and Reports. Click any item to go to that section.
- Pinned Dashboards — Dashboards you or your admin have pinned appear below the main pages for quick access.
- Collapse/Expand — Click the toggle at the bottom of the sidebar to collapse it and get more screen space.
The pages you see in the sidebar depend on your role. Viewers see dashboards and reports. Analysts and Admins see additional sections like CRM and Data.
Top Bar
The top bar sits at the top of every page and gives you quick access to:

| AI Chat | Click the input field or press Cmd+K (Mac) / Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the AI assistant. Ask questions about your data in plain language. |
| Search | Find dashboards, reports, companies, or deals by name. |
| Theme Toggle | Switch between light and dark mode. |
| User Menu | Access your profile, account settings, and sign out. |
Finding Things Quickly
- Cmd+K / Ctrl+K — Opens AI Chat from anywhere. Type a question like “Show me last month’s revenue by campaign” and get an instant answer.
- Search — Use the search bar to jump to a specific dashboard, report, or CRM record by name.
- Pinned Dashboards — Pin the dashboards you use most so they are always one click away in the sidebar.
