AI Chat is not just for asking questions. You can use it to create things inside Nucleus. Describe what you want, and the assistant builds it using platform tools behind the scenes.
What You Can Create
Dashboards
“Create a dashboard showing daily revenue and impressions for the last 30 days.”
The assistant creates a new dashboard with KPI cards, charts, and relevant tabs. It appears under Your Dashboards on the home page.
Tabs
“Add a tab to this dashboard showing error rates by demand tag.”
A new tab is added to the current dashboard with the requested data visualization.
Reports
“Generate a PDF report of last week’s campaign performance.”
The assistant compiles the data and produces a downloadable report.
Email Reports
“Send me a weekly revenue summary every Monday at 9am.”
The assistant configures a scheduled email report with the specified content and cadence.
CRM Records
“Create a deal for Company X, $50,000, closing next month.”
A new deal record is created in the CRM with the details you provided.
How It Works
When you make a request that involves creating or modifying something, the assistant uses specialized tools to carry out the action. You do not need to know which tools are involved. The assistant confirms what it did and shows you the result.
Creating and modifying platform resources requires the Analyst role or above. Viewers can ask questions and view data but cannot create dashboards, tabs, or reports.
Tips
- Be descriptive. “Create a dashboard for campaign pacing with a tab for each region” gives the AI enough context to build something useful on the first try.
- You can iterate. If the result is not quite right, ask the assistant to adjust it: “Move the revenue chart to the top” or “Add a filter for campaign type.”
- Check the result before sharing. AI-created content starts as private to you.
