Deals Pipeline Analyst+
The Deals Pipeline gives you a Kanban-style board to track every deal from first contact to close.
Pipeline Stages
Deals move through these stages from left to right:
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Prospecting | Initial outreach, identifying potential opportunities |
| Qualification | Confirming budget, need, and timeline |
| Proposal | Proposal or media plan sent to the prospect |
| Negotiation | Terms being discussed, pricing adjustments |
| Closed Won | Deal signed and confirmed |
| Closed Lost | Deal did not close |
Deal Cards
Each deal appears as a card showing:
- Deal name and associated company
- Deal value (e.g., $50,000)
- Win probability as a percentage
Drag and drop cards between stages to update their status.
Creating a Deal
From the UI
Click New Deal at the top of the pipeline. Fill in the deal name, value, company, and starting stage.
From AI Chat
“Create a deal: Acme Media Q3 Campaign, $120,000, Qualification stage”
The AI creates the deal and places it on the board.
Deals are linked to companies. If the company does not exist yet, Nucleus creates it automatically.
