TroubleshootingCommon Errors

Common Errors All Users

Quick solutions for errors you might encounter.

Permission Denied

What it means: You tried to access a feature or perform an action that your role does not allow.

What to do: Check your role in Settings > Profile. If you need additional access, ask your admin to upgrade your role. See Role Management for what each role can do.

Login Failed

What it means: Your email or password is incorrect, or your account may not be active.

What to do:

  1. Double-check your email address and password.
  2. Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password.
  3. If you never received an invitation, contact your organization’s admin to send one.

Data Loading Error

What it means: The page could not load data from the server.

What to do:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check your internet connection.
  3. Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
  4. If the error persists, it may be a temporary server issue — wait a few minutes and try again.

Session Expired

What it means: Your login session has timed out (sessions last 7 days).

What to do: Log in again. Your dashboards, reports, and chat history are all preserved.

Rate Limited

What it means: Too many requests were sent in a short period (usually from API integrations, not browser usage).

What to do: Wait a few minutes before retrying. API requests are limited to 1,000 per hour.
