Common Errors All Users
Quick solutions for errors you might encounter.
Permission Denied
What it means: You tried to access a feature or perform an action that your role does not allow.
What to do: Check your role in Settings > Profile. If you need additional access, ask your admin to upgrade your role. See Role Management for what each role can do.
Login Failed
What it means: Your email or password is incorrect, or your account may not be active.
What to do:
- Double-check your email address and password.
- Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password.
- If you never received an invitation, contact your organization’s admin to send one.
Data Loading Error
What it means: The page could not load data from the server.
What to do:
- Refresh the page.
- Check your internet connection.
- Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
- If the error persists, it may be a temporary server issue — wait a few minutes and try again.
Session Expired
What it means: Your login session has timed out (sessions last 7 days).
What to do: Log in again. Your dashboards, reports, and chat history are all preserved.
Rate Limited
What it means: Too many requests were sent in a short period (usually from API integrations, not browser usage).
What to do: Wait a few minutes before retrying. API requests are limited to 1,000 per hour.
