Building Segments Analyst+

Segments group viewers by geography, engagement, and device type. They’re computed from your actual viewing data — not modeled or estimated.

Creating a Segment

1. Go to Audience Connect > Segments.
2. Click New Segment.
3. Configure your filters:
   • Geography — Select countries (SA, AE, EG, JO, IQ, KW, BH, OM, etc.)
   • Engagement Tier — Champions, Loyalists, Regulars, or Browsers
   • Device — CTV, Mobile, Desktop, Tablet
   • Minimum Views — Set a threshold for inclusion
4. Click Create.

Nucleus computes segment membership from your viewing data. The segment card shows total viewers, device breakdown, and top geographies.

Refreshing Segments

Click Recompute on any segment to recalculate membership with the latest data. Segments do not auto-refresh — you control when they update.

Creating Segments via AI Chat

You can also create segments by describing them in natural language:

“Create a segment of Saudi CTV Champions”

“Build a segment of mobile viewers in UAE and Egypt with at least 10 views”

The AI will translate your description into the appropriate filter rules and create the segment.
