ID Bridge Analyst+
ID Bridge maps your internal device IDs to external identity systems, enabling cross-platform activation and partner matching.
Supported Identity Types

Uploading Mappings
- Go to Audience Connect > ID Bridge.
- Click Upload Mappings.
- Paste or upload a CSV with two columns:
device_id,external_id
abc123,ramp_xyz789
def456,uid2_abc012- Select the ID type (RampID, UID2, ID5, or Email Hash).
- Click Import.
Coverage Stats
The ID Bridge dashboard shows coverage for each identity type:
- Total IDs — How many device IDs have a mapping
- Active — IDs seen in the last 30 days
- Confidence — Match quality score per type
Segment Match Rates
For each segment, the coverage report shows what percentage of members have each external ID type. This helps you choose the right ID type when activating to a specific DSP.
Connecting Providers
For automated ID resolution, connect identity providers through the Integrations marketplace. Once connected, new device IDs are matched automatically.

Match rates vary by geography and device type. CTV devices typically have lower email-based match rates but strong RampID coverage.
