Connecting Integrations Admin

Connecting an integration brings external data into Nucleus automatically. Each integration has its own authentication method, but the setup flow is the same.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Integrations > Marketplace.
  2. Click on the integration you want to connect.
  3. Enter the required credentials:
    • API Key — For services like SpringServe and other ad servers.
    • OAuth — For platforms like YouTube, Meta, and Google (redirects you to authorize).
    • S3 Access — For bucket-based integrations (access key, secret, bucket name, region).
  4. Click Test Connection to verify the credentials work.
  5. If the test passes, click Connect.

Credential Security

All credentials are encrypted at rest and never displayed in full after initial entry. Only the last four characters are shown for reference.

⚠️

Only organization admins can connect or modify integrations. If you need a new integration set up, contact your admin.

Connection Status

Each integration card on the Marketplace page shows its current status:

  • Connected — Data is flowing. The card shows when data was last synced.
  • Error — Connection failed. Click the card to see the error and re-enter credentials.
  • Not connected — Available but not yet set up.

Disconnecting

To disconnect an integration, open its settings and click Disconnect. This stops data syncing but does not delete data already imported.
