Using Reports All Users

Reports are pre-generated documents containing analysis, charts, and summaries. Analysts and admins create reports; Viewers can read them.

Viewing Reports

  1. Click Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Browse the list of available reports.
  3. Click a report to open it.

Reports can contain tables, charts, key findings, and recommendations. They are a snapshot of data at the time they were generated.

Shared Reports

When someone shares a report with your workspace, it appears in your Reports list automatically. You can also receive report links directly — clicking a shared link opens the report in Nucleus.

What Viewers Cannot Do

  • Create new reports
  • Edit existing reports
  • Delete reports
  • Schedule recurring reports

If you need a specific report, ask an Analyst on your team or use the AI chat to request insights on a particular topic.
