Activities Analyst+

Activities track every interaction with your contacts and deals. They form a timeline so your team always knows what happened and what is next.

Activity Types

  • Call — Phone or video call with a contact.
  • Meeting — Scheduled in-person or virtual meeting.
  • Email — Outbound or inbound email worth tracking.
  • Note — Internal notes, observations, or follow-up reminders.

Logging an Activity

From the UI

  1. Open a deal or company record.
  2. Click Log Activity.
  3. Select the type, add a summary, and save.

The activity appears on the deal or company timeline in chronological order.

From AI Chat

“Log a call with Acme Media about the Q3 campaign — they want revised pricing by Friday”

The AI creates the activity, links it to the correct deal and company, and records the summary.

Activity Timeline

Each deal and company has a timeline showing all logged activities. The timeline is sorted newest first, giving you an immediate view of recent interactions.

Activities logged on a deal also appear on the associated company timeline, and vice versa.
