Feature Tour All Users

Here is a quick walkthrough of the main areas you will use in Nucleus.

The sidebar is your primary navigation. It contains links to all enabled sections for your workspace. Click any item to navigate directly to that page. The sidebar is always visible on the left side of the screen.

Dashboards

Your home base. Dashboards display KPI cards, charts, and tables organized into tabs. Each dashboard focuses on a specific area — campaign performance, revenue, audiences, or custom views built by your team.

Click a dashboard tile to open it. Use the tabs at the top to switch between views. Use the period selector to change the date range.

AI Chat

Available on every page. Press Cmd+K to open the chat and ask questions in plain language. The AI can answer data questions, create visualizations, generate reports, and more.

The chat panel can stay open while you navigate — it does not block the rest of the interface.

Reports

Pre-generated documents with analysis and insights. Reports are created by Analysts and Admins, and shared with your workspace. Click any report to read it.

Data

For Analysts and Admins. Includes the SQL runner for ad-hoc queries and the ability to upload files for analysis. This is where you go for exploration beyond what dashboards show.

Settings

Manage your account, team, and platform configuration.

  • Profile — your name and password (all users).
  • Appearance — light, dark, or system theme (all users).
  • Users — invite and manage team members (admins only).
  • Workspaces — configure workspace sections and members (admins only).
  • API Keys — create keys for external integrations (admins only).

What you see in the sidebar depends on your role and workspace configuration. If a section is missing, see Feature Not Visible.
