Using Chat All Users
The AI chat is available to all users, including Viewers. You can ask questions about your data and get answers with charts and tables.
Opening the Chat
- Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to focus the chat input.
- Or click the sparkle icon in the bottom-right corner.
What You Can Ask
The AI understands questions about your platform data. Try:
- “What was total revenue yesterday?”
- “Show me impressions trend for the last 7 days”
- “Which campaign had the highest fill rate this month?”
- “Compare this week’s revenue to last week”
- “What are the top 5 demand tags by eCPM?”
The AI responds with charts, tables, or text depending on what fits the question best.
What Viewers Cannot Do via Chat
As a Viewer, the AI will answer questions and show data, but it will not:
- Create dashboards or reports on your behalf
- Modify data or settings
- Upload files for analysis
These actions require an Analyst or Admin role.
Tips for Better Answers
- Be specific with time periods: “last 7 days” is better than “recently”.
- Name the metric you care about: “revenue”, “impressions”, “fill rate”.
- Ask follow-up questions to drill deeper into a response.
- The AI remembers context within a conversation, so you can say “break that down by campaign” after an initial question.
Chat history is saved automatically. You can scroll up to see previous conversations.
