Chat Not Responding All Users
If the AI chat is not responding or shows an error, here are the possible causes and what to do.
Temporary Service Issue
The AI service may be experiencing a brief outage. This is the most common cause.
What to do: Wait about a minute and try again. These issues typically resolve on their own.
Monthly Query Limit Reached
Your organization has a monthly limit on AI queries depending on your plan. If the limit has been reached, the chat displays a “temporarily unavailable” message.
What to do: Contact your admin to check usage or discuss upgrading the plan.
The AI never exposes billing details directly. If you see “temporarily unavailable” near the end of the month, a query limit is the likely cause.
Network Issue
If your internet connection is unstable, requests to the AI may time out.
What to do:
- Check your internet connection.
- Refresh the page.
- Try again.
Stuck Loading State
Occasionally the chat may appear to be loading indefinitely.
What to do:
- Press Esc to cancel the current request.
- Refresh the page.
- Re-enter your question.
Still Not Working?
If the chat remains unresponsive after trying the above steps, contact your organization’s admin. They can check system status and escalate if needed.
