Roles & Permissions
Every Nucleus user is assigned one of three roles. Your role determines what you can see and do inside the platform.
Role Overview

- Analyst+ Analyst — Create and edit. Build dashboards, reports, manage CRM records, and work with data.
- Admin Admin — Full control. Everything Analysts can do, plus user management, integrations, and system settings.

Which role should I request?
- Viewer is right if you just need to check dashboards and read reports that others have built.
- Analyst is right if you build reports, manage campaigns, or work with CRM data as part of your daily job.
- Admin is right if you are responsible for managing your team’s access, connecting data sources, or configuring the platform.
⚠️
Admin access includes the ability to invite and remove users and manage billing integrations. Only request it if you need those capabilities.
