Chat History All Users
Every conversation with AI Chat is saved automatically. You can go back to any previous conversation to review answers or continue where you left off.
Viewing History
Click the clock icon at the top of the chat panel to open the history view. Conversations are grouped by date (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Older) so you can find them quickly.
Each entry shows the first message of the conversation as a preview.
Starting a New Conversation
Click the + icon at the top of the chat panel. This saves your current conversation and starts a fresh one. The previous conversation remains in your history.
Restoring a Conversation
Click any conversation in the history list to restore it. The full thread loads back into the chat panel, including all messages, charts, and tables that were generated.
You can continue the conversation from where it left off. The assistant remembers the context of that thread.
Storage
Chat history is saved to the platform database, not your browser. This means:
- Your conversations follow you across devices.
- Clearing browser data does not delete your history.
- History is private to your account. Other workspace members cannot see your conversations.
If a conversation referenced data that has since changed (new campaigns, updated metrics), the assistant will use current data when you continue the thread. The original responses in the history reflect the data at the time they were generated.
