Dashboard Overview All Users
The Dashboards page is the first thing you see after logging in. It shows every dashboard available to you, organized into three sections.
Dashboard Sections
Managed Dashboards
These are the dashboards your organization has access to as part of your Nucleus subscription. They are pre-configured for your data sources and kept up to date automatically.
Example: Ad Performance — a full campaign analytics dashboard connected to your data feed.
Add-on Dashboards
Optional dashboards that extend your analytics capabilities. These cover specialized use cases like audience segmentation or content analysis.
- Audiences — Engagement tiers, device breakdown, geographic reach.
- Content — Performance by content type, length, and publishing patterns.
Add-on dashboards may require additional data sources to be connected. Talk to your admin if a dashboard shows no data.
Your Dashboards
Dashboards you or your team have created using AI Chat. These are fully custom and appear in their own section so they are easy to find.
See Creating Dashboards for how to build one.
Dashboard Tiles
Each dashboard is represented by a tile on the home screen. Tiles show the dashboard name and a brief description.
- Click a tile to open the dashboard.
- Pin a dashboard to move it to the top of your list. Pinned dashboards appear first every time you visit the page.
- Unpin by clicking the pin icon again.
Pinning is personal — it only affects your view, not anyone else’s.
