The Companies page is your directory of advertisers, agencies, and partners. Each company record ties together contacts, deals, and activity history.
Company Records
A company record includes:
- Company name and basic details
- Contacts — People at the company you work with
- Linked deals — All pipeline deals associated with this company
- Activity history — Calls, meetings, and notes logged against the company
Finding Companies
Use the search bar to find companies by name. Filter by deal status, activity date, or custom tags.
Creating a Company
From the UI
Click New Company and fill in the details. You can add contacts immediately or later.
From AI Chat
“Add a new company: Acme Media Group, contact: Sarah Johnson, Head of Digital”
The AI creates the company record and adds the contact.
Companies created automatically from deal creation will have minimal details. Edit them to add contacts and other information.
