Feature Not Visible All Users
If you cannot see a feature you expect to have access to, check these three things.
1. Your Role
Different roles see different features. Viewers cannot see admin-only features like user management, API keys, or workspace settings. See Roles & Permissions for the full breakdown.
| Feature | Viewer | Analyst | Admin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dashboards | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Reports | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| AI Chat | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Data / SQL Runner | No | Yes | Yes |
| CRM | No | Yes | Yes |
| Settings (all tabs) | No | No | Yes |
2. Workspace Sections
Your admin controls which sections are visible in each workspace. If a section is turned off for your workspace, it will not appear in your sidebar — regardless of your role.
For example, if the admin disabled “CRM” for the “Analytics” workspace, no one in that workspace sees CRM in the sidebar.
Ask your admin to enable the section if you need it.
3. Add-On Not Enabled
Some features are add-ons that need to be enabled at the organization level:
- CRM — deals, companies, contacts
- Content — content analytics beyond basic metrics
- Audiences — advanced audience segmentation
These are enabled through Settings > Integrations. Only admins can toggle them.
If you have checked all three and the feature is still missing, contact your admin. They can verify your role, workspace configuration, and enabled add-ons.
