How do I change the date range on a dashboard?

Use the period selector in the top-right corner of any dashboard. Options include Today, Yesterday, Last 7/14/30 days, This month, Last month, and custom date ranges. All charts, tables, and KPIs update when you change the period.

Can I create a dashboard?

No. Dashboard creation requires the Analyst or Admin role. You can view all dashboards shared with your workspace. If you need a custom view, ask an Analyst on your team or request a role upgrade from your admin.

How do I share what I see with someone?

You can share the URL of the page you are viewing. If the recipient has a Nucleus account and access to the same workspace, they will see the same data. There is no anonymous sharing — recipients must be logged in.

Can I export data?

Viewers cannot export data directly. Ask an Analyst to generate a report or export for you. Alternatively, use the AI chat to ask a question and the response may include data you can copy.

What can I ask the AI?

You can ask any data-related question. The AI answers with charts, tables, or text. Examples:

• “What was revenue this week?”
• “Show me the top 5 campaigns by impressions”
• “How does this month compare to last month?”

The AI cannot create dashboards or reports on your behalf at the Viewer role, but it will answer your data questions.
